The aim was for Belron to develop and provide a more robust and deeper offering around mental health conversations between managers and employees.

Why

Belron is a vehicle glass repair and replacement group operating worldwide across 34 countries and employing over 25,000 people. They approached The Conversation Space to implement Speak Your Mind into their business.

Belron wanted to take the support they offer around mental health conversations to the next level within the workplace. They were also looking to integrate these workshops into their existing mental health awareness programme.

What

Based on our conversation with Belron, we designed and delivered two separate workshops to form their Speak Your Mind programme.

Underpinned by Conversational Wisdom®, these highly interactive sessions focused on:

Workshop 1: Being Aware: mental health introduction, emotional landscapes, stigma, signs and symptoms & mental health continuum.

Workshop 2: Being Skilled: case studies, ASK structure for conversations & conversational practice.

Both workshops: Being Human: relationship, empathy, vulnerability and plenty of practice.

Impact

Mental Health Conversations have been implemented into Belron alongside their ongoing mental health awareness programme.
