Kerning the Gap (KTG) is a collective of like-minded people who want to see more diversity in design leadership roles, share experiences, and be inspired to create change.
One of the fantastic initiatives they provide is a Mentoring Programme, and we are delighted to have been supporting it for the last 5 years.
Nuts and bolts
Mentoring is a fantastic tool to help empower and grow confidence and leadership skills.
Now running in several UK regions, the fully-supported KTG annual programme provides the opportunity to be paired with a mentor or mentee, with guidance and support from us throughout the 12 months. Not to mention the kick-ass community of wonderful people you’ll meet. (Men- we strongly encourage you to get involved as mentors too!)

The 12-month scheme gives you the chance to focus on development areas important to you and your future career so that we can start to close the leadership gender gap in the design industry.
You can find out more and sign up to be a mentee in the 2021 scheme here.
